Sometimes crafts are just that, crafts. But don’t let that keep you from doing this activity.
I love this activity because it allowed Rea to be all sorts of creative.
Figure skating and speed skating are my favorite events in the Winter Olympics so they have inspired this creative activity.

Ice Skates Craft - Template

*Construction Paper

Step #1
Print and cut out the Ice Skates Craft Template.
Step #2

Use markers and any other crafting supplies you have laying around to decorate your ice skates.

We used some left over stickers, markers and stick-on rhinestones.

Step #3

Connect the skates together by gluing a piece of yarn to the two skates or by running the yarn through a hole punch and tying a knot on the other side.

Teacher Tip

If you want a shiny blade for the skate, grab some foil from your pantry.
